The Times They Are a-Changin'

As mentioned in my last blog post, Acta Non Verba which is Latin meaning Actions Not Words; is my new outlook on life. I also previously mentioned that I drive an SUV even though I hate them. Times being as they are & gas prices being as they are, we thought it best to say Au Revoir  to our XL gas guzzler and a big Hiya  to our brand-spankin-new ride.

Isn't she Ah-Dorable?! Ahh, I love her and all her personality. . .and the fact that she comes with a shag rug- awesome!

The only downfall to my new baby is that she has light colored interior... and I have 2 kids + a dog. So after a lot of searching and a Twitter shout out, Brookelynn23 came to my rescue. DIY How-To make custom seat covers! Sweet!





I am going to have to get started on this project ASAP! Thanks so much for your help,

    I feel ya on the light colored interior. If you recall my van has a light gray interior but Dodge has this amazing stain resistant fabric on its seats. Now I just have to figure out how to remove stains from the roof. Have no idea how something splattered up there but its above kids seats so I can only imagine.

    It looks so cute!! I like the blue color....and the shag rug. I dont care what anyone says...shag is the bomb. I cant wait to get a new car.
