Collecting is fun

Two 'new' cameras added to the collection!
So that brings my collectable camera total to a whopping four. (not counting DSLR's, of course)
  1. Yashica
  2. Kodak Instamatic
  3. Kodak Brownie Hawkeye
  4. Foldex 20

(I cant wait to redo this little built in shelf thingy.. DIY's!)

More SPOTLIGHTING coming up!
More answers to ridiculous questions.
Oh, and guess who is both hosting a giveaway
& having a giveaway at another blog.
Thats right, yours truly.
Be on the look out.

  1. Collections are so fun. I'm collecting succulents right now. Actually that sounds like a pretty weird thing to collect, but there it is. I said it. I collect a lot of weird things like yarn, tea cups, bottle caps, embroidery floss, fabric scraps, books, perfume bottles, and buddhas. Okay now I sound like a crazy hoarder. I'm not. I swear.

  2. I've been growing my camera collection thanks to my aunt who runs a flea market. She sends over boxes of cameras and it's so much fun to look through it and research each camera! I just need to figure out how to display them all. You've got a great start to your collection!

  3. I love old cameras. I don't have any (yet) but I love the pictures they take. Every once in awhile you hear people bitch about how it's so hipster or whatever to go old-school with photography because you can get all the same effects out of photoshop, but I think that takes all the fun out of it! With the older, unpredictable cameras, every photo is like a present. You never know what you're going to get! You might end up with nothing at all, oooorrr... you might get something almost supernatural in its beauty. I just have the hipstamatic app on my phone, but let me tell you, I use that thing ALL THE FREAKING TIME. It's awesome.

I love your blog by the way. I've been following Bhrett for a bit, which is how I found you. :)
