I love this visual prompt from Sweet Green Tangerine. Two of my favorite things, fun books and playing with my camera iPhone camera.

Are you ready for some photo overload?

 Cameras + Books = Love

This is one shelf to our built in desk/book shelf.
This is a future diy & I cannot wait to get started on it!
It's going to be sooo purdy when I'm finished with it :)

 Makeshift reading nook.
Purple little shelf that I painted.
Oh and you see that ugly pink vase thingy, yep,
made that baby in high school.

I have so many places marked.
I'm ready to get out and explore!
 A girls gotta have variety.
Am I right?!
No home library is complete without a Zombie survival guide.
My new specs and a view of one of my favorite random books.
 Another sneak peek.

This is a small small view of the daughters stash.
SNAKES!
This vintage beauty was a gift from a great gal pal :)
Thanks Jess!
And these two are my two kiddos favorites.

  4. Beautiful photos! Also, I LOVE the "1,000 Places to See Before You Die" book. When I was in high school, I bought my dad that calendar every year — mostly so I could look at it myself! Haha.

  5. Looks like your house is swimming in almost as many books as we have around here!

  6. my mama has a checklist of the number of things a person should own without being excessive (i.e., number of pants, plates according to the number of people you live with, etc.). according to this life balance checklist, you can have an unlimited number of books. i've stuck by that rule, although it does make moving a bit cumbersome.

  7. Great collection :-) Also, I love children's picture books. I don't have any little ones, but I have a hard time resisting some of the art.
